Orangeriet på Söder is Aurum Hotel's seasonal venue, a glass-enclosed outdoor terrace with a bar in the hotel's courtyard on Gymnasievägen. The focus is BBQ: many of the ingredients are smoked on site, and the summer menu is built around the grill buffet (395 kr, served 17 to 20 Tuesday to Saturday) plus a smaller à la carte menu with smoked prawns, sandwiches and salads until 21. The kitchen uses MSC-certified fish, Swedish chicken and always has a vegetarian option. Regular quiz nights are held here, and both the terrace and the adjacent lawn can be booked for private groups and parties. The season runs from June to the end of September; the hotel's year-round restaurant Genuin is located next door.
